"Very clean and comfortable room. Best location. Noise was not nearly as bad as expected considering the area. Did not disrupt our sleep or visit in anyway and I’m a light sleeper. Staff were very nice and helpful. We will definitely be returning for another visit! "

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety to choose from, and the services offered made everything super convenient. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. "Undoubtedly, the 5 stars go to the staff for exceeding my expectations. Very friendly and helpful and they just make the place wonderful. The rooms are small. The rooms are quiet and clean. The showers are perfect. You do need to pay extra for the buffet style breakfast but it was very good and restocked when it needed it. If you are looking for a place to stay that is fancy and has room service and snooty staff, this is not the place for you. There is a cocktail bar and barista coffees...

"Excellent property, staff very kind and helpful! Located in a good area, walkable to most sites, good dining. Slightly noisy at times as a tram goes right in front of the hotel. Restaurant excellent! I would definitely recommend this property!"

"Our check in went smoothly and the front desk agent could not have been more competent! Thank you for the option to add on breakfast, the buffet was plentiful and had a nice variety. Walking to the train stop made it very convenient to get downtown. The only issue we had was confusion on how to control the room temperature. Some instructions could have been useful."

"Neues Hotel, praktisch, keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung, man bekommt jedoch auf Verlangen jederzeit frische Handtücher und Bettbezüge, die man allerdings selbst wechseln muss. Lage bestens, zentraler geht es nicht...! Neun Pubs im Umkreis von 100m..... vom Preis her absolut gerechtfertigt. Deshalb absolute Empfehlung, wenn du mehr Wert auf Ausgehen als auf Zimmeraufenthalt legst.... "
