A nice hotel, central location in Kiel. Walking distance to the port, and the ferry to Oslo or Gothenburg. Friendly staff. Simple, but nice breakfast.

Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

So so

Ok hotel, average I would say. The area is a little rough with lots of addicts and shady people lurking around. Expensive to park. No coffee at the rooms and no filter coffee in breakfast, which is weird since the hotel is operated by some kind of Barista company. You would think that they’d at least served proper filtered coffee and not only vending machine ”espresso”. But overall - not bad / not good.. wouldn’t stay here again. Staff is friendly and helpful though!

The check inn took forever. Our room was crooked, felt like a hill from the door to the corner of the room. The bathroom was full of spiders and limescale. The carpet looked dirty. The crib was poked holes in the sides. Nice staff.

Super fint hotel, med fine faciliteter, i gåafstand til det meste. Værelset var fint og rent endda et lille siddeområde. Der var gratis kaffe døgnet rundt. Personalet var søde, rare og meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, og slet ikke 17 euro værd. Men så var det godt der var en god café i nærheden. Men resten af opholdet var pengene værd, Jeg kommer helt sikkert igen men det bliver så uden morgenmad

Værelserne var faktisk overraskende store og med både dobbeltseng, 3-personers sofa, skrivebord m. stol og div. skabs-/hyldearrangementer. Badeværelserne var også pænt store og meget rene. Det eneste uheldige set ift. et flerdages ophold primo december var, at radiatorerne i værelserne ikke var supereffektive. I det ene værelse blev 1 af radiatorne først lunken at røre ved efter 40 timer - og det var den eneste i det værelse, der fungerede. I det andet værelse begyndte radiatorerne at varme efter ca. 15 timer, og med tiden blev der OK varmt i værelset. Vi boede på 4. sal (så på øverste etage) og ind mod gården, og der var meget stille oppe - ingen støj fra andre værelser og ingen larm udefra. Det var virkelig skønt.

Das Hotel liegt bei der Anreise per Bahn sehr günstig nur wenige Schritte vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer 69 war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber, wobei die Möbel doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen sind. Die Dusche im Badezimmer war leider eine der schlechtesten, die ich in den letzten Jahren bei Reisen innerhalb Deutschlands erlebt habe. Der Duschkopf war so verkalkt, dass das Wasser nur noch als Rinnsal hinauslief. Das Frühstück war von Auswahl und Qualität her in Ordnung, bot jedoch keine Highlights.
