"Rooms were clean but had misty smell and little small rooms"

"The property is extremely clean and has very friendly staff. The ocean view was fantastic! Though there aren’t many pics available online of the breakfast, the resort offers a breakfast buffet that has a variety of fruits and chef can make you your own omelette, plus juices and made to order tea/coffee. Each day there was a hot meat item like spaghetti with fish, beef stir fry, meatballs and food was quite tasty. The only thing to note is that this hotel doesn’t have a good beach for swimming, and currently (Sept 2026) there is road construction going on all over Zanzibar and it takes 30-40 minutes to get to stone town from this hotel. We were aware of this, so it didn’t matter to us. We will definitely stay here again in our next trip to Zanzibar."
