Old, dirty and in very poor condition
This hotel is in very poor condition and not well looked after. Had to go and ask for fresh towels after the first night and rooms are not serviced. The pool was green and filthy. the spa was below the water level and cold. pool cleaning equipment was scattered over the pool area and the "LAKE" is an overgrown duck pond. The grass was over a foot tall and the rest of the place is in disrepair.

The rooms cutains were broken. Doesn't look anyone has done much re lawns,weeds for a long time. The person whoever paints the walls done a terrible job. The only thing going for it was Location

Room needed updating, bathroom tired and worn out but very clean. Roadside sign was difficult to spot as it was worn out as well. Driving into property it looked like it hadn’t been maintained.

Firstly on entry the door lock was falling off on the inside, and the room goes down from there, a list of problems follows. Cabinetry rotting and falling apart, Taps in bathroom basin not working, The smell of stale smoke (in a non smoking room) Flashing lights in bathroom, Light not working in room, Hair shampoo but no conditioner, Shower floor very slippery (felt slimy, not clean) Cockroaches running across room The sign for the motel was not working and no lights to show where the driveway was, which meant that the entrance was very difficult to see / in the dark which makes it dangerous because the entrance is on the main road into Shepparton.
