Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible

No soap, no toilet paper, filthy dark ring around bath, plug would not fit, male staff turn back when ask for assistance, taxi ride to everything, no coat hangers, no tea bags, horrible
