"The rooms were clean. The pool and services are outstanding. The Dolce Vita buffet was very disappointing due to lack of dishes. During the buffet there was a closed group night that may explain the problem."

"It’s hard to get around since grab does not work in the area. Breakfast was okay. A lot of people and kids so if you want a relaxing couple trip, would not recommend. Literally saw a kid do number two right outside the pool. Our sheets had stains on them which I understand it’s still washed but still uncomfortable seeing. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was really nice and beautiful pool and beach! "

"Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained). Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day without management removing any towels "
