"Wonderful hotel with great amenities, a fantastic location, and a very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only "problem" for me was the food—it was delicious, but there was far too much of it, and I couldn't resist!"

"it needs freshhing"

"Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future. All the best 😊"

"The stay was very good. The couple and their child are very kind and helpful. They know english. The rooms clean. "

"Just the view from the hotel property is worth the money. "

"Great hotel and good service"

"This day was the highlight of my trip to Georgia and Armenia. I found the staff to be the highlight and the meal they served us to be the best over two weeks travel. Particularly, Gigi (Georgii) the manager was extremely friendly and encouraged and helped us to discover the traditions near and dear to his heart, as a local. It made for a superb opportunity for my group to learn about local wine, traditions, and growing. The food we were served was superlative, especially the walnut rolls. ...

"Beautiful property and attentive staff"

"An excellent hotel close to everything Borjomi has to offer. The staff were always friendly and ready to help with any inquiries. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained. "

"An amazing hotel nestled right in the forest! It’s super convenient—just 10 minutes from Borjomi by taxi, or you can take the cable car. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room was spotless."

"Petit hôtel à borjomi, propre et moderne, pas de restauration, pas de P dej, pas de parking mais facile de trouver autour. dans la ville de borjomi, tout accessible à pied, mais à notre avis pas une ville très intéressante, ultra touristique, pas super belle, bref sans intérêt ( c'est personnel )"

"Never got there, he did not know english and said he has no rooms, also could not get hotels.com for refund"

"Nice property and facility for families with small children."

"The location is amazing, too many activities near the apartment. Best place to stay with family. However, 1. The hotel has to be renovated urgently. 2. Furniture is old, 3. Towels are mostly torn 4. Bath amenities with the lowest quality 5. SPA doesn't have slippers and enough towels. Note. Special thanks to the reception team (Nika) and friendly housekeeping. "
