"Service is extremely poor. From room service to serving the food, everything is late and incomplete. "The views from our room were simply beautiful. Able to see Kanchenjunga range. The service by the staff from reception to housekeeping to restaurant is excellent. Each and every was very friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The rooms are outdated and need an update. Location is very good. Few min walk to MG marg the most happening place .
