"I loved the friendly staff from reception, concierge, restaurant staff to housekeeping, everyone was very attentive. I loved the room amenities and cleanliness. Also, the location is great for tourism. All other high end hotels are further north in Gulshan, which add a lot of road time and traffic to go to the tourists attraction like old Dhaka, Fort, Universtiy, etc. I can only recommend to stay here!"

"Just a wonderful hotel overall! Great location, close enough to major attractions in Dhaka, including the train station for onward travel to Khulna (the gateway to Sundarbans National Park). "This was a nice hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We had a mechanical issue and they fixed it immediately as well. The only downside was some of the staff were inconsistent in behavior, but I believe that is just the difference between the new and experienced staff here. "

"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"
