The hotel is in a quieter street very close to Hoa Kiem Lake and numerous eateries. The hotel may not be the newest but the staff more than makes up for any shortcoming. Special thanks to Kim & Charlie, who are always ready to assist. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Great location, great staff and service. Rooms ok but in need of some renovation. Breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of service and location.
