"Family visit, and we live fairly close, so we visit Rapid City often. Two different rooms reserved. King bed suite was amazing. Dual queen bed room was also amazing. Probably one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in, in Rapid City. I miss full sized pillows, and breakfast was ok. Staff was extremely friendly, although I think staying outside of regular tourist season helps. We stayed with pets, and had no issues. I would like to stay here again, depending on price."

"There was a bird inside the water park and bird poop inside the kids jungle area. Also the waterpark staff is just rude. "

"The pool and hot tub were dirty. We were woken up at around 5 AM to loud noises somehow coming from like all sides of us.. when we went to breakfast, we heard other guests also discusssing how they had been woken up.. Was generally an okay place to stay for a night, but expect it to be a lot dirtier than the photos."

"Exceptional stay! The breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. Our room was spotless and well-maintained. I especially loved the bedding—the linens were soft and the mattress provided the perfect amount of support for a great night's sleep. The staff were also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!"
