"Pool was ok at best . Not for the money. Staff was 50/50 rooms didn’t get cleaned right didn’t have wash cloths for a day and then had to let the front desk know we were out of toilet paper. Was no better than a motel 6. For what I payed and with all the fees. I will never go back. Lots of mold smells."

"This property has incorrect presentation on line. There are hidden costs, the front desk"conceirge" is unknowledgeable about anything "Key West", you have to request to have your room cleaned., it is faraway from any activities or restaurants except for "their" restaurant The Stoned Crab which is expensive and not great food. The "free" breakfast is just ok."

"Ocean view room. Very nice staff. Close to lots of attractions. The perfect stay for a first time solo traveler. I will definitely return! "

"Front desk staff (especially Joseph!!) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The pool was lovely. Room was clean and well-cleaned daily. We did have a little problem with our air conditioning that was partially resolved."
