"The room & staff were amazing! The biggest disappointment was that the pool was extremely HOT. Like a hot tub. The weather was hot (as expected) but the pool was in no way refreshing. It is truly a beautiful resort with great amenities. Every single staff member was kind and welcoming."

"The resort was AMAZING! Plenty of things to keep the kids busy and well maintained and clean. The staff was absolutely amazing, anything we needed they brought right to our door. The balcony’s were incredible and had plenty of space inside. Highly recommend for families."

"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"One thing we did not like was that several guests were smoking in and around the pool area. There were many families, including ours, with children using the pool, and the cigarette smoke made it unpleasant. We also noticed there were no “No Smoking” signs posted around the pool. We hope the hotel will consider making the pool area smoke-free or at least enforcing a designated smoking area away from families and children."
