Nice room but small and loud. The shades had to be closed because of a lot of foot traffic near the building. It was ok, clean. Even with the hotel rates being so high i was still charged for parking.

Property was clean. We arrived a little early and the room was not ready. We had a fun time walking around but when 4 pm came, no call so I called to see if the room was ready and it was not!

It was difficult to find someone to get us into her room due to the fact that the flight was delayed. Had to check into another hotel for that evening until the following morning. Is very inconvenient and lost a days stay

Great location, great pool, beautiful bathroom, great stay except the walls are very thin and the doors open to the outside (street). All the noises from other rooms, and outside atmosphere prevented us from having a good night sleep. I'm sure that if our room was facing the pool it would have been a much nicer experience. Also, a 10am check out at a vacation destination seems a little excessive, no one does that.

Very nice but missing for it's price
Just a short two day trip. You park across the street at in the parking ramp. Hotel is beautiful. I just wish it had more available. Store, Restaurant or even Spa.

They did not tell us how to use the parking card and we got stuck in line and ended up paying them and the garage for parking bc we had a line of people and so parking cost me a little over 100.00

Parking was $25 per day, my room faced the garage, no bar or restaurant, noisy from early morning (leaf blower, truck making U-turn, people walking on wood floor outside the room). Employees are always the best asset. Very pleasant staff.

We were extremely happy with the unit, is not a new building but it is well maintained and everything working perfectly. We had a nice view of the water and were able to see a cruise ship on the last day. It is conveniently located and was easy to walk everywhere. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay right on the harbor. Perfect place to watch the sunset! My first trip to Key West. The room was excellent! The pool was nice. The staff was helpful with suggestions where to eat etc. I’ll be back!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived early and were able to check in right away. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained. Our studio room was clean although showed some wear and tear. The bathroom was freshly remodeled and nice. I would definitely stay at this property again. The location was within walking distance to everything so we didn’t need to rent a car or golf cart. The pool area was nice and not crowded so we never had difficulty finding chairs. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again!
