"As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at.
The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish!
The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.

"The apartment itself was nice but there was an unpleasant surprise that we found out the day that we arrived. The photos from the listing shows another apartments and no one told us that ours will be on a different location, quite far from the others and a lot more basic and simple than the advertised. Actually, we expected what we saw in listing, but got something different.
Also, our booking was for apartment with sauna, there wasn't.
Overall, the apartment was great, comfortable and warm, but...

"設備はとても良かったので大満足です！
ただ鍵の開け方が分かりませんでした。
事前に「わかりにくい」と口コミを聞いていたので、英語も話せないことから先に詳しく教えてもらえないかメッセージしましたが、送られてきた説明が不十分で私は建物に入れず、困り果てました。
運良く別の部屋のゲストに助けてもらって入室できましたが、本当に心細かったです。"

"We had a great stay at this apartment and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families traveling with kids. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Everything we needed was provided, which made the stay easy and stress-free.
The location was excellent — safe, convenient, and close to restaurants, shops, and nearby attractions. It was easy to get around, and having everything so close was a big plus when traveling with a child.
