"You must pre-check through email. My email was not working. I arrived onsite but could not check in, even after speaking to the hotel's management company and emailing a selfie and a picture of my passport from my wife's email address. "The front desk was extremely helpful to us...we were having problems with our phone's gps in finland. They did all they could to help us adjust. My one reservation is that this hotel does not allow guests to use the HDMI connection to watch their own programming (the only Scandic that did this) and offer no explanation.
