Friendly, family feel

We had a really nice experience at this property. Very prompt response to my initial emails after booking. Was collected at the airport with no fuss. There are only 6 villas, so it's a quiet environment. Yes, they are a little out of Seminyak, but once we were orientated could easily find all we needed, either from walking or short taxi ride. About a 25 minute walk to Sardine and Metis restaurants. Don't expect 5 star, because it is not and doesn't pretend to be. It is clean, comfortable, a lovely private pool, with all that you need. We were so satisfied that we have already arranged to return again next year. Many thanks to Yoga and all the staff for making our stay a great one. They even arranged a birthday cake and sang to my embarrassed husband, all of their own accord for a surprise. If comfortable, quiet and friendly is what you want - look no further!

Terrible Experience

Arrived to the villa only to discover they had given the room we booked 6 months in advance to another guest therefore placing us in a smelly room which I was extremely upset about! Not only did the staff not understand me or try to assist me with my distress but the manager was not helpful either via the phone call that was made. I changed villas the next morning and my amazing driver assisted me with getting my money back as they continued to tell me I couldn't until he spoke with them. It was unprofessional and not acceptable.

has potential but needs an update

Staff is friendly but the villa is situated quite far from the town so you'll always hear traffic and can't walk anywhere. Villas definitely need an update, bathroom sink was leaking and a/c is rattling. Was ok but would not go back.
