I stayed in the Superior Room. It was slightly noisy due to ongoing upgrading works. Not sure if it was due to the upgrade that I had reduced/inconsistent water pressure in my shower.. On my 2nd night, I didn't have hot warm to shower.. Which is okay for me, probably not for others.. Visited my friend in his villa and it was great. Definitely recommend the villa more. Location is a bit far off from Seminyak Area. About 10-15 mins motorbike ride. Not many food options around the property. A couple of convenience store.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! Looks nothing like the pictures! The shower stinks and the jets aren’t straight, the entire shower head is rusted. The room smells DAMP with the air conditioning on. The floors are dusty and the draws are stiff. The tv hardly works and EVERYTHING is dirty.

Good Hotel
A reasonably good 4 star hotel, breakfast room near the road and traffic was disappointing when could have been at their restaurant by the pool. Room and staff good for what you pay. Had to travel to Seminyak to find good restaurants and breakfasts. Had dinner at the hotel, 4 items listed they didn't have... But prices were good.

Don't trust the hotel staff!
Hotel might look good, however, the hotel free cancellation policy is not true. Due to a stolen passport our journey could not start and the cancellation on the same day of arrival was first confirmed via telephone but after requesting a refund the hotel management didn't allow it and also denied that the cancellation was confirmed. Allegedly, the person on the phone was not allowed to confirm. Please don't book and if so don't believe the hotel staff/management without any documents from them in your hands and always double-check!

Wrong booking, stranded at airport.
Shuttle bus did not turn up to airport despite it having been arranged one week prior by Resort. Upon contacting Resort they said they had no record of our accommodation reservation despite our booking reservation information. Paid in full at time of booking. Turned up by taxi to sort it out and they miraculously had a room for us however it was NOT what we paid for. Staff admitted when we checked out after only one night that it was normally used as a long term rent room. No in house safe, no free Wifi, rusty bathroom mirror, broken bathroom window did not lock, external door did not lock, no drinking glasses, no soap, half used small tube of shampoo. Dirty room. Stained couch. The Manager did offer to show us another room however we declined. According to our booking information it was what we had booked anyway, however he advised that the "room type" was obviously advertised wrong.

Bad experience
Once I checked in the staff couldn’t find my booking and they expressed impolite on their body language. The room was not that clean, overall area too. The swimming pool was not like what they show and it’s dirty. Poor quality of breakfast. The staff saw guests touch the foods and they do nothing. Finally, i changed the hotel and waste money for 3 nights

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé à proximité proximité de l'agitation et de la plage Un scooter est l'ami ideal Cependant le bruit constant du chantier touchant l'hôtel peu gêner nous avons mis 2 jours à nous habituer mais le charme et le côté cosi nous ont fait rester

非常漂亮舒適的Villa
地方會偏僻一點! 打車還算方便! 由這去水明漾20分鐘車程,車費不約15-20Krp。 環境和服務非常好,我們一共住了七天,5晚的普通套房,2晚的別墅,十分的乾淨舒適! 裡面有一位叫小陳的員工,會説中文,對我們十分照顧,當中我們間隔期六我們忘了訂一晚,還出外了不在酒店,他和其他員工也為我們處理好,特別麻煩他們。 早餐比較簡單,但很好吃有特色。叫了兩次中晚餐的Room service,十分實惠好吃! 別墅的房間也很舒適,但因為內外打通的空間,所以蚊子比較多,晚上記得要關好門防蟲防蚊子! 另外就是兩個房型的熱水系統都不太好,水忽冷忽熱,不太好,還好去的當時天氣熱,所以沒造成太大問題! 我們在房間拍了不少人像照片,是個很好的酒店。
