KEX Portland
The moment we stepped in we were greeted and had someone helping us check in. Everyone I saw at the desk was very helpful. Great location. Bus stops in both corners. Easy to get around from.

The Paramount Hotel
I stayed two nights this month (April 2026) and received exceptional service from check in to check out. Aika and Ethan were super professional and offer customer great service. I will book againg when I get back to Portland.

Waffles were premade which was nice and kept people from piling up. However we booked a 2 queen bed and requested a crib and mattress for our 3 month old. We were told because we had two beds we didn’t need one, but could come back later that night and get one if we felt the need. Pool was dirty ...
