"Very poor experience. Not sure what other rooms were like at this facility but ours looked nothing like the photos online. Our non smoking room smelled heavily of stale smoke. The room was dirty and run down. Stains under the mattress (checked for bed bugs) and broken electrical outlet. No remote for the TV. Breakfast offered very few options. Friendly staff was only positive I can share about this experience."

"Thought with the reviews that the hotel would be decent but no it was dirty, the exercise room has very limited equipment, the breakfast was very basic, the back doors were broken, my electronic key worked 1 day out of my stay, the bathroom clogged (and no it wasn't due to a #2 or 3) and the ac unit vibrates so loud you couldn't sleep. For the price I paid it was horrible,"

"We emjoyed our stay. Hotel was conveniently located, front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the sheets/pillows/towels were good quality, which sometimes isn’t the case in older hotels like this. Knocked off one star because of mildew on our shower walls which should have been addressed but otherwise our room and the hotel itself felt very clean."

"They had me put a $100 deposit, which would be returned after checkout. Instead, it was processed, and they can't get them on the phone. They did callback, and I'm waiting for some results. "

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The entire hotel had a damp chlorine smell, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor. When I requested fresh bedding, the front desk only provided a sheet and stated that was all that was available. For $275 per night, I expected a much higher standard. Many items in the room appeared stained, dirty, and damp, which made the environment feel unclean. Additionally, the housekeeper entered the room without properly knocking. I had to say “excuse me,” at which point she closed the door. This felt like a lack of basic courtesy and privacy. I also attempted to purchase a drink, but the front desk was unattended for an extended period. When the staff member returned, she was not helpful and did not display a welcoming attitude. When I asked if there was another place to pay, I was simply told no. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay and will not be returning."
