Hi Valued Guest, We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. This helps us improve our service and be better in the future. The details on Expedia's website might've been confusing. The information on the room selection page says "Sleeps 3". But actually, if you click on "More Details", you will see "Max Adults: 3", which means that the room can accommodate up to 3 adults. However, it does not say that 3 adults are included in the rate. This will be further explained when you click on the "Reserve" button. You will see "Room 1: 2 adults, 1 King Bed, Non-Smoking". The same detail can be seen on the booking summary part on the right side of the booking page. Again, we're sorry for the confusion. We will surely rectify this so guests can see the information effortlessly on the page. For our new staff, we have talked to him about how you perceived his actions and he didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable. He's deeply sorry that he made you feel awkward. He was just making sure that everything was in order in breakfast for the guests. We sincerely apologize for this as the last thing that we want is to make our guests not feel at home. We're also glad to know that overall, you still had a good time in our resort. We had some hiccups on the way, but these are things that we can improve on.
