"Everything about the room and location is 5 star, I was comfortable and relaxed with a lot of space and the team were all helpful. I have only reduced this by 1 star because my booked car was not there to collect me from the airport and I would have been waiting over an hour if I had not got a taxi. "The property was better (and even larger) than we expected. Very spacious and clean. The host and staff were exceptionally prompt with their responses and extra attentive to our requests. We enjoyed a terrific breakfast by the garden pool, which was a nice quiet oasis inside the city. The overall location of the property was also ideal - convenient to all parts of Nairobi, yet also a quiet island that served as a peaceful escape from the busy city life.
