"Carpet in our room could have been cleaner, there was still a chip on the floor. The indoor AND outdoor pools were nice extras. The restaurant in the hotel was good and the server Priscilla was fantastic! So attentive and friendly. Breakfast was included but unfortunately we had to checkout for our flight before it started in the morning at 5:30. The hallways in the hotel were a bit of a mess but they were making repairs and updates so that is to be expected. Soooo close to the airport and a shuttle to and from the airport runs 24/7 which was very helpful! Overall a nice place to stay, would stay again!"

"The Salmon River Inn was so delightful! It is not fancy.. but charming, clean, comfortable beds, delightful staff and was a warm and comfortable environment at a reasonable price. The restaurant is excellent… with such lovely views! I loved breakfast, which consisted of breads, cheeses and cold cuts."

"We absolutely loved this hotel on our last night in Halifax! It was immaculate all round, the room was beautiful with 2 gorgeous chandeliers, fine bedding linens, very comfy pillows, extremely clean, modern with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows with a view of the city. I loved the fact that all the bath products were L'Occitaine...great choice. We felt really pampered staying here and it was in a great location where we could walk to everything nearby. The concierge was lovely and helped look after our luggage and was super friendly to deal with. Sutton Place left a lasting impression!"
