"Super clean and well maintained property."

"Room was fairly clean, but not quite updated. Bathroom in particular was not our favorite as the toilet hardly flushed, the sink water had good pressure but an odd stream, and the shower head and walls were stained. Bed was very firm!"

"Parking was straightforward. Did not try the breakfast. The entire hotel had an odd scent - like overly powerful perfume. The room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the mattress cover and it appeared like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Stains on the floor. Weird stains on the walls in the bathroom. It looked like the shower head was going to fall off if you attempted to move it. The stopper on the sink was broken so the water drained slowly. The office chair for the desk was broken. The television was extremely small maybe 27” but it looked like there used to be a bigger wall mounted one at some point. There was a cannabis store sticker on the bedside table. The gentleman who checked us in was straightforward- did not ask how we were and immediately asked for payment card and ID. The room key cards were sticky and the little holder they came in was bent (reused maybe?). Overall, the room served its purpose but we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Had to switch rooms because the smell was so bad. Everything broken or taped together. Great staff. Overall this place is a dump and gross, trust me. They also have started a remodel so lots of torn up flooring and wet paint. Don’t stay here, at least until the remodel is complete. Location is great. "

"Remarkable housekeeping.. helpful and friendly staff… coolest pool and hot tub around.. conveniently located off the highway.. close to shopping and eating attractions.. walking distance to Aroma’ Joes😍 during our last visit we forget a couple of important personal items in our room but with one call the hotel shipped us our belongings.. my family’ favorite hotel! Best Western Merry Manor has never failed us. The kids AND adults in our party can’t wait to return😍"

"Breakfast was good. Rooms needed renovation. Bathroom fan rattled. Thermo stat was hard to control heat. It was either cold or hot. Black out curtains would not close and city lights lit up the room all night which made it hard to sleep. Pillows were TINY. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Floors were sticky in public areas. Bathrooms in rooms tiny."

"This was our first time back since Covid and overall, had the same magical effect as previous visits. Would be helpful upon check in to advise of restaurants close times (we missed Nubbs closing at 8 and were lucky enough to eat at the Tiller, however super busy and took awhile) 2nd, we requested a 3rd robe, twice on Tuesday and it never cane. When I went to front desk to inform them of this (also because I didn’t want to be charged for a robe that never came to the room, etc.) it was the same front desk personnel that I originally requested it from and she didn’t even apologize that the robe never came nor offered any apology so that was disappointing. Very poor customer service there."
