After we brought our things to the room, I realized they had a room that had an adjoining door to the other side so we requested the connecting room. The staff had no problem with it and changed the rooms right away. When we came back late in the evening, we needed additional towels and the staff promptly provided them. The next morning, we ate breakfast at their restaurant next door. We were greeted by an amazing woman...
