"Hotel Seward was a disappointment in multiple ways. We booked a room with two queen beds - the room felt incredibly small, with super small bathrooms. There was no room service and cleaning everyday. The reception staff were rude and unfriendly. I called the reception to ask for two glasses and she asked me to go and ask the restaurant, in a very rude attitude.
