"Either new or newly renovated. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Great and convenient location. Liked the full size fridge. We did have a couple of issues with the battery door lock almost dying, and bathroom door wouldn’t open from the inside so we had to be careful about closing it all the way. Other than that it was a great place to stay. "

"The view makes this motel wonderful! It’s a little outdated but that is part of its charm. Private beach access and gorgeous views were great. Be sure to get a second story beach view room. "
