First class hotel in lovely surroundings
Amazing hotel .could not fault it.Beautiful gardens.Room very spacious and comfortable with pleasant balcony.many comfortable places to sit and relax. Meal times were busy but only to be expected with a latge hotel. Good choice of pools. Huge choice of food.

It was great experience. We had a lot of fun with our new born . Beautiful sea and breathtaking nature. All hotel staff were so helpful, Especially sports academy coaches were awesome. Great facilities, recommended if someone would like to enjoy nature as resort is located inside forest surrounded by mountains and direct to sea. Meals quality and options could be improved, limited options and one restaurant only serving in specific times, if I compare what I got in Swandor Resort from verity options and several restaurants inside the resort almost served whole day, definitely Marti can improve.

The gardens are amazing. The little zoo in the middle of the buildings is good for kids. Other than that, rooms are spacious and clean yet dropping clean towels every day by the cleaners was an issue. Most of the staff don’t know what they are doing. There are servers who don’t speak Turkish or English but only Russian. So it may be hard for you to communicate with them. The management sounds poor organizing service. I am indeed not sure what the problem is with the service in general. Muhammet at the “pide” station is super cool. Every time I stopped by there, he was smiling and kind, which is not the usual behavior with other servers having sour faces most of the time. Breakfasts are good but the omelette section is super poor. Overall, it was not super bad. Don’t expect high quality food though. Other than all, the spa is fully equipped and well worth to try. Diana gives a good Bali massage which is a must try. Anna at the gym is friendly and throws groupx classes during the day. She is super energetic and fun. The gym is also fully equipped.

I like : staff, their efforts and kindness. Most staff young and unexperienced but they are So positive and trying to make you happy. Inside of hotel, green ambiance is nice. Hereby special thanks to; Mustafa Ciftci from front desk Office for his kind and remarkable assistance and Kalyan man Ahmet for their nice service during my stay. I do NOT like : There is NO ANY internet which is NOT ACCEPTABLE in 5 star hotel! You should bring cash to resteurant Because they serve/give cheese (kind of cheddar) against money which is AGAIN NOT ACCEPTABLE and disgusting IN 5 star - Ultra All Inclusive hotel! Same view , in Ultra All Inclusive hotel alcohol service shoul be 24 hours, not stop at 24:00lt. Common toilets condition bad and dirty. Food menu should be improved. Drinks brands should be improved as well.

The food was not good. We ate the same things every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our rooms were nice and big, but if you opened the balcony door the AC turns off and you have to manually turn it back on. The beach was very nice, but there are a lot of rocks and it hurts your feet. Don’t forget to bring your shoes! The pools are nice, but the only have 2 water slides. The kitchen team have no idea what their doing. You ask them what kind of food it is and they don’t know and give you attitude. I would not go back.

I stayed here back in 2019 and had great time but this time post Covid the stay was terrible and didn’t meet my expectations at all. The quality of the food became really bad, (they used to have the best food but not anymore), three of us got sick (we are not alcolohol consumers) so it can’t be from the drinks, it was clearly from the food. I saw a hair in my omelette in the morning and showed it to one of the waiters he didn’t even bother to say sorry or bring me a new one. He took it and left. The facility itself is still good and elegant. The reception staff are the worse the moment you enter they deal with you as if you’re a suspect. They never pick the calls from the room and have an attitude. Plus their English is bad, it was hard to communicate and harder to accept their attitude. Honestly this will be the last time I ever stay in this hotel, for that price, you can get much better service and quality

Отличнае природа :гора с канатной дорогой, вековые сосны -зонты и даже банановые пальмы! Свой микроклимат! Корпуса встроены в природу ,много цветов кустарников -как в живом лесу! После мегаполиса то что надо! Но,3-4 этажные корпуса устаревшие и напоминают пансионат как в СССР были в прошлом веке! Питание уборка сервис бассейн пляж причал лежаки:все на тройку!!! Самоё ценное тут природа!! Персонал вроде старается услужить но из за незнание языков плохо получается!

Rooms were very nice....as was the beach area. The hotel was clean and well kept. The service and the food were poor. Food choices were limited and the drinks were served in paper cups most of the time. The service from the dinner waiters and at the bar were at times non existent.

Property was a little dated and was in need of updating. Rooms were dull. Buffet could have had more variety for vegetarians. Seem cater for non-veg more. The fitness programs did not take place as advertised in the hotel fitness facilities leaflet which was disappointing. Hotel beach was pebbles. Staff made sub-standard cocktails. It would have been nice if staff could speak English. Sauna facilities were good. Overall not a 5 star hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. We chose this resort for it being one of the more luxurious resorts in the area. Along the way we meet so many wonderful people. The staff took care of us really well, one in particular (Mehmet) from the disco bar was superb. I would highly recommend this resort to friends and family. So many new friends made and many memories we won’t forget.

We stayed during the last week of Aug,in a superior family room.We liked very much that the hotel was surrounded by trees and had gardens around,buildings were integrated with nature in a nice way.Although it is big and crowded (500+ rooms),we could find place around and on the beach,didn't feel the crowd (except during meal times).Thanks to pools,families with kids were usually entertained there so the others (w/o kids) could enjoy calm,quiet times around beach area. Beach area was nice,sea is warm.It is a mix of pebble and sand.Different options for sunbathing on beach,on green grass,on wooden decks.Towels were changed daily.We didn't have an issue to get fresh beach towels daily either. Also during 30 Agu ZaferBayrami we liked that hotel made a special effort to celebrate and commemorate that special day for Turkish Nation. The restaurants/meal times were crowded but the waiters/waitresses were really working hard. For the negatives: rooms were not very clean e.g floors,bathroom. Fridge was not working well in our room.our safe in room was locked when we checked in and although we told it twice nobody came to fix it so we never used it.We were 4 adults and the 2nd room with 2 single beds at this type of family room is very small,can be okay for 2 kids but not for adults.Main reception is not very professional,welcoming.we were not asked anything during our checkout. Food quality was not good,tasty and not 5 star level.

Great resort with fantastic swimming pools and access to private beach. We enjoyed the comfort of our room and the property facilities. However, it is a bit difficult to find a free sunbed, especially near the swimming pools. The food was of good quality and there was overall good variety. However, we were not particularly impressed with the “A La Turca” restaurant. Given that it is required to book early in the morning if you want a reservation for the following day, we thought it was something more special but it was ordinary menu and probably less attractive than the buffet restaurant where you don’t need to book.

Awesome beach, good food, nice facilities. Worth what I paid. Poor English by front-desk staff. I was greeted in Russian..no idea why. And the staff told me I get 1 week per week, which was a shock given the all-inclusive purchase I made. Upon talking to the manager, he pointed out that was a miscommunication from the staff. They give a food voucher to their paid restaurant which you cannot use because its 2-3 weeks booked out. The room was moldy and had a bad smell. However, we did not spend much time in the room.
