We stayed during the last week of Aug,in a superior family room.We liked very much that the hotel was surrounded by trees and had gardens around, buildings were integrated with nature in a nice way.Although it is big and crowded (500+ rooms),we could find place around and on the beach, didn't feel the crowd (except during meal times). Thanks to pools, families with kids were usually entertained there so the others (w/o kids) could enjoy calm, quiet times around beach area.
Beach area was nice, sea is warm.It is a mix of pebble and sand.Different options for sunbathing on beach,on green grass,on wooden decks.Towels were changed daily. We didn't have an issue to get fresh beach towels daily either.
Also during 30 Agu ZaferBayrami we liked that hotel made a special effort to celebrate and commemorate that special day for Turkish Nation.
The restaurants/meal times were crowded but the waiters/waitresses were really working hard.
For the negatives: rooms were not very clean e.g floors, bathroom.
Fridge was not working well in our room.our safe in room was locked when we checked in and although we told it twice nobody came to fix it so we never used it.We were 4 adults and the 2nd room with 2 single beds at this type of family room is very small, can be okay for 2 kids but not for adults.Main reception is not very professional, welcoming.we were not asked anything during our checkout.
Food quality was not good, tasty and not 5 star level.
