It's a nice resort with lots of fun especially with families with kids. Food was amazing, pools and sea were amazing, kids activities were amazing... I have two complaints though; the desserts were not very good and it would be great if they add a few different water slides to the aqua park. Even with these deficiencies, it was a great holiday.

This property at best a 2 star hotel. The grounds were dirty abd the report was shoddy with ongoing construction everywhere.. The staff was extremely cold and un helpful. It’s out in the middle of nowhere but not a place where you can sink in and relax. I hardly write bad reviews, but if you are used to 5 star or luxury resorts. Be aware this is not it. The area is very run down also. The surrounding mountains are charming, the resort is not. We left 2 days early with no reimbursement.

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr gut gewesen. Zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber da spielen auch wetterbedingte Faktoren. Leider konnte ich keinen Sandstrand entdecken. Das war eigentlich einer der Auswahlpunkte bei uns. Das Personal war zum größtenteils hilfsbereit. Manche Mitarbeiter aus dem Service hatten uns das Gefühl gegeben das wir sie bei privaten Unterhaltungen gestört haben. Zwei Sterne weniger weil aus unserem Zimmer Haribos entwendet wurden. Unsere Wertsachen hatten wir im Tresor hinterlegt. Die Süßigkeiten nicht. Ich vermute mal auf den Mitarbeiter der die Minibar nachfüllt. Eine tolle Erfahrung aber kein zweites mal

Ich fand das Hotel wirklich super. Preisleistung war top. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was ich nur bemängeln würde, ist dass alle Entertainment Aktivitäten auf russisch waren (überwiegend russische Urlauber vor Ort gewesen). Ich hätte mir etwas mehr türkische Kultur gewünscht. Aber dafür gibt es nur einen Punkt abzug. Sonst alles perfekt. Das Essen war auch eine 10von10. So viel Auswahl, wirklich top ! Für Familie mit Kindern ist das Hotel ein Traum.

War insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub. Kids waren happy. Zwar wenig Deutsche, aber es störte nicht unbedingt. Poolbereich klasse (aber Achtung die großen Rutschen sind nicht immer auf), das türkische Essen ist echt spitze, Abendprogramm auf der Bühne meist richtig toll. Uns gefiel vor allem die Vegetation auf dem Gelände, tolle Palmen und Bäume, richtig schön. Was blödes findet man immer (manches etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche dürfte mal besser gereinigt/renoviert werden, aber das sag ich halt als Deutsche, war trotzdem ok). Für 10 Tage völlig fein. Zimmer sehr geräumig, 2 Zimmer mit je einem Bad mit Dusche und WC und auch mit Balkon, wo man alles trocknen kann. Sehr angenehm. Was auch positiv auffiel: keine zig nervigen Abstufungen des all inclusive. Alles war drin, auch Alkohol, auch Eis, alles. Tipp: Auto mieten und Landschaft erkunden

Genel olarak ne çok iyi ne de çok kötü denilebilecek bir otel. Aile odası rezerve ettik ve dört yetişkin olarak ödeme yaptık. Gittiğimizde aile odasındaki iki odadan birisinde gerçek yatak yerine iki tane kanepenin yatak haline dönüştürüldüğünü ve odanın ayrı kapısının olmadığını gördük. Bu durumu kabul edemeyeceğimizi söyledik. Önce kabul etmek istemediler ama uzun uğraşılar sonrası odamızı değiştirdiler ve Bizi iki ayrı odaya aldılar. Sezon yeni başlamışken koridorlardaki halıların eski ve bakımsız görüntüsü özensizdi. Yemekler ise benzer herhangi bir herşey dahil oteldeki gibi, ne çok iyi ne de çok kötü idi. Personel (giriş aşamasında yaşadığımız sorun dışında) oldukça kibar ve ilgili idi. Havuzlar ve diğer ortak mekanlar oldukça temiz. Otelin konsepti de güzeldi. Sahil taşlı ama denizi çok temiz ve güzel.

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Otelin temizliği, odaların konforu ve genel düzeni gerçekten çok iyiydi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi; kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Yemekler hem lezzetli hem de çeşit açısından oldukça zengindi. Otelin konumu da ulaşım ve çevreyi keşfetmek açısından oldukça avantajlıydı. Tüm detayların özenle düşünülmüş olması bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. Keyifli ve sorunsuz bir tatil geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. En kısa zamanda tekrar gelmeyi planlıyoruz.

Uzun sıralar, alamadığınız hizmet

Adil bir değerlendirme yapacağım. Resepsiyon çok kalabalık olmasına rağmen ilgiliydi. Girişte sorun yaşamadık. Deniz taş ama temiz ve güzel. Sahilde bar yok. Bir tane çıkınca var onda da sadece akşam kokteyl var. Diğer barlarda, snack alanında ve restaurantta heryerde sıralar var. Bitmek bilmiyor sıra beklemekten yıldık. Bir de masa ve şezlong bulma sorun tabi. Sürekli dolaşmak gerek. Inanılmaz kalabalıktı. Ama esas sorun birincisi temizlik hizmetlerinde. Sabah 8 de birbirlerine bağırarak seslenmeleri, 8.37 de kapıyı çalıp girmeleri (tatile gelmemişiz gibi) odayı temizleyip almaları gereken çöpümüzü poşetiyle konsolda unutmaları başımıza ilk defa bir otelde geldi. Ikincisi ise restaurantta içecek bulmak. Sıralar bitmiyor garsonlar getirmiyor hatta kahvaltıda bardak kalmadığını soylediğim kadın türk garson bana ileriyi gösterip oradan alabilirsiniz diyor. Kamu kampına gelsek daha az iş yapardık. Kesinlikle bir daha gelmeyiz tavsiye de edemiyoruz ama kendi işimi hallederim diyorsanız mutlaka tercih edin.

İşe yaramaz ve gergin güvenlik müdürü

Yemek sırasında bir beyefendinin bir hanımefendiye yersiz ve hadsiz bir sözlü saldırısı oldu. Hanımefendinin eşi olaya müdahil olunca sesler yükseldi, otel görevlileri meydanda olmayınca kendi arkadaşları tarafları sakinleştirdi. Ancak sonrasında misafir çift bu sefer de dışarıda güvenlik görevlilerinin sözlü saldırısına uğradı. Olayları yatıştırmaları gerektiği sırada meydanda olmayıp iş işten geçtikten sonra yeni bir gerginliğe sebep olmaları misafirleri rahatsız etti.
