"Office management was very friendly. TV was not working for our stay and was told it was an ongoing issue. Room was outdated, but beds are comfy."

"I’m thankful they had a small workout room with a few pieces of equipment. The pool room roof was missing from damage but overall a great stay."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Chocolate chip cookies were given to us along with water upon checking in. The only, very slight issue was that the pool and hot tub were unavailable to us during our stay due to repairs being made. It would be ready by the next day, but we were leaving. "

If you have a furry friend Wonderful for them Close to nice restaurant or a quick burgerivlle Staff was very nice and helpful Highly recommended "

"If I could leave a negative 10 stars on this hotel I would. The website doesn't show the actual photo's location. In a very unsafe environment. The room was nasty smelled as if someone died, and was cleaned with embalming fluid. We left less than 15 minutes of checking enough time to grab bags and head as fast as we checked. We are still fighting for a refund for our NO stay Charge. We booked thru Expedia and still no word. The hotel insists they couldn't refund us do to booking thru Expedia....

"The staff were great. I think there were a few issues with our unit that needed some refurbishing, such as some base trim in the bathroom, no stopper for the sink, and no plug-in available at the table for a laptop. The breakfast was very good."

"First room was decent but the toilet was messed up. The front desk gal was nice and gave us a different room. The other room was much worse made our allergies even worse. Only stayed for two hours then left to sleep in our car at the casino until our next hotel destination. The casino parking lot was better then this place."

"My son and I stayed here for 2 nights for a baseball tournament and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could have used a couple more standard breakfast items, i.e. hash browns ,bacon, and waffles. The room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, even my12 year old son said it felt comfortable 👍 The laundry room is clean but the washer and dryer needs to be updated to either card payment, which I prefer, or coin operated as long as it's new. Having clean clothes for a travel...

"Front desk clerk was nice and helpful. Week before our stay, we received a message that they were no longer offering breakfast. Our TV didn't work but the front desk person came in and at least got it to turn on but the remote would not power it on or off and the volume button didn't work. It had a fridge, microwave and iron that worked fine. The heater and AC did not work and neither did the blow dryer. The bed was OK but the floors had stuff permanently stuck to it. The pool was not operable,...

"It's nice to find an inexpensive motel with a view! Very relaxing, calming. This place is almost hidden now by the big La Quinta hotel in front of it, but don't let that distract you. You're close to downtown Centralia here, right next to the freeway."
