"We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. "Rooms r not provided with electrical kettles. Not convenient if you need to make hot drinks like coffee in the morning or hot tea for soothing, even cup noodles nor cup soup just to ease that bit of hunger before heading out for proper meals. Just a slight short fall. Would b perfect if kettles r provided in future. The reception person-in-charge did offer to provide hot water from the cafeteria on ground floor, though, but it is not convenient to keep walking up & down with small cups of hot...

"Hotel Santa Barbara was very conveniently located just across the road from Freedom Square in the old town. Staff were incredibly helpful especially on reception where they booked taxis for me and loaned me the phone to deal with a flight problem. Thank you. Beds and pillows were super comfortable so we had some great sleeps. Internally the hotel was very quiet though we had some screeching from seagulls outside. I think small improvements could be made to breakfast which wouldn't cost much:...
