Food for dinner was good breakfast had a good selection to choice from…the owners were very helpful with my concerns…if you do not have a car to get around this is not for you…taxi to the Christmas market is 50dollars or more one way…walking to the train station when it’s 30 outside and raining not fun…trying to figure out how to purchase tickets another 30 minutes: we met people from Luxenberg that helped us after they finally figured it out…we spent to much time waiting...

"Enjoyed our stay at the Ates Hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Room was also very quiet, with window shutters that blocked all the light, so slept well. Breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from. Service upon arrival and during stay was excellent. Hotel parking was ok and parked without issue. Used as a base to visit Strasbourg. "Excellent location. Supermarket, tram station, train station, gas station everything is within 200m - 400m distanc. Property is squeaky clean. Good heating system. Limited but wonderful breakfast options (it can also be complimentary based on room reservation type). Hotel staff speak German and English(some speak French too). Had a wonderful stay."

"Ideal budget stay for a visit to Europa Park. Railway station and bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away. Italian restaurant opposite and supermarket just around the corner. The shower cubicle is a bit small but everything else was fine for a theme park trip."
