I would recommend, and I would stay here again. The staff were excellent. Location is far from the train 25 minute walk, but central to everything else. The breakfast is excellent. To our surprise they had happy hour at 5:00 free drinks and light snacks. The room was a good size.

The lobby had a funky smell such that I had to hold my breath every time I passed it. The check-in was fast, but our non-smoking room had cigarette odor. Grandvrio Hotel Miyajima Wakura
Excellent Hotel with lots of amenities and a wonderful onsen/ sauna. Great location for catching the 20 minute ferry to Miyajima island which is a beautiful, must visit. Going to peace museum is a lot more of a trek / train ride but it’s not too bad. Highly recommend!
