Wrong management
"The cleanliness is disgusting. Water is leaking from the ceiling. The toilet is leaking. The reception desk doesn't sit still, you have to search for it for an hour. the towel is not changed. I do not recommend staying at this hotel"

"I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation from Expedia and they provided me a room. I like the bed, but I wanted "hot" shower after a long drive."
