"The Esperia hotel is very engaged with customer safety and satisfaction. The only complaint I had as a larger person is that the shower facilities were rather small and hard to get into. But overall a wonderful place to stay, highly recommend."

"They never messaged us back about how to check in or get access, GPS took us to a destination two kilometers away from the actual place, and when we got them on the phone we were told they didn't even have a room available for us...even though we had a prepaid confirmed reservation and itinerary. ..."
