"Front desk night girl was fantastic. No restaurants open in the area because of the snow storm. She tried her best to help. Breakfast food was cold and blah. Milk dispenser was empty! Room ok. "

"There was a HUGE snow storm this weekend while we were attending a dance competition at the hotel/casino. The staff was polite, helpful, and hardworking. Some staff was working night and day to make sure the guest had what they needed. They kept restaurants open so we had food. Towels and housekeeping was quick even though they were down many employees due to the storm. They should be very proud of all the hard work the employees put in during this time."

"The whole hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom sinks are so low. You have to bend over to wash your face or anything like that. The toilet kept making noises. The fan was loud and made weird noises. Paint on the bathroom counter from when the walls were painted. The carpet on the floor was disgusting throughout the hotel. Just needs to be completely undated/remodeled."

"Rooms needed some touch ups -ripped carpeting, mold in the bathroom tub, weird texture tub floor and ink stained comforter. It’s an ok hotel but I would not stay there again. "
