"We stayed at the residence and although our room could use a little refresh, it was a nice stay for my family and I. Front desk staff was lovely and even gave us a free buffet breakfast for our whole family. Pool and beach area were awesome and we had a great one night stay! "

"Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit. "

"Mobile Home war zweckmäßig. Eine Spülmaschine fehlte, war aber Erträglich. Der Weg zu den Pools war gut machbar mit 3 und 6 Jahre alten Kindern. Pools waren allerdings sehr kalt (Juli/August), sodass die kleinen Kids nicht so lange drin bleiben konnten. Der Strand und das Wasser war wärmer, der weg allerdings nicht fußläufig zu machen (über 1km). Wir fuhren mit dem Auto und parkten am Eingang des Lanterna. "Es war auch nicht genug Besteck/Teller/Tassen für alle da. Kaum sachen zum Kochen oder sauber machen. Dabei wäre gerade ein anständiger wischmopp da echt nötig gewesen. Unser Haus war leider auch bei bezug nicht sauber und das Bad schon richtig verkalkt/verschimmelt. Würde wir auf keinen fall nochmal hin fahren. Die Wege bis zum Haus waren auch nicht gerade angenehm, vorallem mit kleinen Kindern. Einrach überall Betonplatten. Parken war auch manchmal abenteuerlich. Nachts musste man mit offenem...

"Odličan izbor hotela za tu cijenu. Osoblje je jako ljubazno i recepcija bi nam izašla u susret te nas ranije pustila u teretanu. Svaki dan bi bilo nešto novo za doručak i za večeru, raznolik izbor mesa, riba, pizze, predjela, deserta… Sobe su uredne i čiste iako je namještaj nešto stariji i madraci poprilično istrošeni "

"Unfortunately there was a massive storm the previous night in umag, so the hotel had no electricity when we arrived and they were not sure when it will be back. It was out of their hand, but they did everything they could to help customers. The manager lady was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and compassionate, and the whole team of staff was excellent. We have been offered a room in another hotel, literally next door, that was closer to the beach, and very new, and room was spacious. And we could come back here to use the facilities, kids clubs, disco, pools and kids free meals and ice cream. Our daughter enjoyed every minute she spent there and wanted to stay longer. Pool was a bit cold but when you got used to it, it was fine, slides were great, and the splash park too. Not considering this little issue with the electricity, we would come back for sure. "
