Was larger than I expected and looked like it had been refurbished in the not too distant past . Fridge showing it's age but was clean and functional.

Katikati gem
Kaimai View is located on the main road through KatiKati therefore easy to find. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived (with my dog). The room was spacious with well stocked kitchen as with the bathroom. Good shower but aging. The owner and staff made my visit fantastic, I found gems in the town e.g. the Haiku park (wonderful), the closeness to Waihe Beach and town. A truly enjoyable four day stay.

Loved everything about it except people in next door unit were coming and going with vehicles and chatting until 3am. Not sure what managers could do about that except have a sign somewhere that talks about consideration for other guests. We will definitely stay there again.

Its close to restaurants and the town centre. The bed is the older style overall spring design so there is a reasonable amount of partner disturbance. The property, like most, is close to the road so there is some road noise. The hosts are very friendly and advised about a deal they have with fairview golf course.

We are Motel first timers and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was very very clean and in very good condition with hotel quality bedding. Parking was at the front of the door of your unit making access to your vehicle very easy. The onsite pool is a hit for the kids especially All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the cleaning of the unit was done everyday and very efficiently done

We are a whanau of 7 adults, we came to Katikati for a tangi and found the facilities more than adequate for our needs. The swimming pool was also a bonus and catering for our coming and going extra vehicles, we appreciated extra service. Thank you for all your help and care Asure

The stay at Asure was absolutely incredible. Erin and Lawrence went above and beyond even calling me one evening while I was out well after office hours had closed to let me know that my car windows were down in the rain. They then went and closed them for me! This is easily one of the best stays I've ever had anywhere! Will absolutely be back!

Close to shops etc. William and Maureen, owners were very friendly and helpful with advice and direction. Checked with us daily to see if we were needing anything. Towels for the pool supplied. Would recommend and would stay again.
