The reception was warm and friendly and responsive. The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe, but that's all ... what you see is what you get. It is busy and noisy

Very noisy, extremely smelly - choose differently

The solvent used to clean the linen makes the room stink of a low brand sunlight soap. It smells so bad the pillow case kept waking me up in the night because it is such a strong horrible smell. South Africans will understand what I mean. The noise was horrific. The bar is next to the rooms, as in right opposite the rooms, and patrons are making a noise until the early hours of the morning. I asked reception when is quiet time and they said 10pm and none of them managed the people out of the bar.
