reception bad / they not taking wrong / customer to blame / pre-paid booking not listed / then double booked with others / then double payment requested at reception / then after all proof submitted by us of all payments we were refunded / embarressed

대체적으로 숙박은 양호 하였으나, 슬리퍼나 물이 제공 되지 않아 약간의 불편함이 있었습니다. 그리고 객실 내부 WIFI신호도 약해 통신 하는데 품질도 떨어 집니다.
