"The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. "Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that...

"We planned this trip to visit Kainchi Dham. Selecting this hotel was the one of the best decisions of our lives. My wife and I loved this place for it's location, views, food, courteous staff, and last but not the least 'AMAZING OWNERS'. We would be visiting this place again and have already started referring this place to our friends and family members."
