"We stayed at Asaya for 3 nights and it was one of the more memorable experiences during our 2 week Japan sojourn.
All the staff from the front desk crew to other supporting staff were very friendly and it was obvious that they strived to make our stay enjoyable.
The buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent with a great variety of Japanese and Western items. All were freshly prepared with local ingredients.
The decor of the property has a very distinct 1980's vibe but the management manages to keep the hotel in good shape and the facility is very well maintained.
All in all, highly recommended if you are in Nikko area."
