"This place has an amazing breakfast. The owner literally cooks her chickens eggs and hand crafts her pastries and jam. You are literally 100 yards from the ferry so it is super convenient if you have an early ferry. "

"This wonderful little resort hotel is secluded and quiet, with a beautiful patio looking over a spectacular oceanfront. The on-site restaurant was very good (especially the breakfast) and the staff outstanding. We truly hated to leave."

"A beautiful hotel in a very peaceful location. Very friendly staff. A nice touch was a few beds on the beach accessed by a path through the woods. Our room was exceptional with a large pool within a few metres. Breakfast was good if very simple. My only suggestion would be to cook eggs to order rather than in one go and letting them go cold and unappetising. They must waste lots. However this is a small point. This is a great small hotel. "

"We loved every minute of our stay at Filoxenia. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink. Lovely, comfortable king size bed / excellent variety and quality of food & drink. "Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."
