"J'ai reçu ici le pire accueil de mon séjour au Japon. Lorsque j'ai garé ma voiture sur le parking, un employé qui passait devant la voiture m'a dévisagée sans me saluer. Quelques minutes après, le temps que j'ouvre mon coffre pour sortir mon sac, un autre employé plus jeune est venu me voir pour ..."
