"This is a lovely quiet each front hotel, we stepped from our door onto the sand. Roo.s are good and the staff were wonderful! We stayed in four hotels in zanzibar, the staff here are exceptional, very attentive and friendly. Hotel even supprised us with a free trip to the 'rock resaurant' and star fish beach! We would stay again in a heart beat..."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Toa Hotel and Spa! The service was exceptional, with staff who truly go above and beyond. I wish I can give it a 10 star for their service! The rooms are stunning, with private pools and direct beach access. We enjoyed the delicious food made with love, and the beach dinners were unforgettable, complete with an amazing show under the stars. "A very quiet location with a beautiful view of the sea and a lovely walk way to another bar. All staff were fantastic ans very helpful, cheerful and willing to help. (Even joing in our game of table football)! Good variety of food and drink each day. Horseriding, mini golf, table tennis, pool, darts and tennis available. The beach near the pizza shack needs sorting out though, just clear up the rubbish and old seaweed -It could be a beautiful spot!"

"Tulia is one of the best resorts we have stayed at. The staff went overboard to make our daughter’s birthday celebration spectacular. They made a special cake and danced and sang for her. There is nightly entertainment. The food was delicious. The ocean view is unbeatable. "

"Fantastic place to stay. Staff are super friendly and helpful, place is clean, pools great and in a good location with access to the hotels beach area with lounges. Breakfast was also great, very fresh. Only thing was the bed in our room was extremely hard."

"Highlights: - the food!!! Best all inclusive food I’ve had - the staff!! They are SO friendly, polite and want to make sure you’re having a great time - location. Stunning location on the beach. The grounds are lovely and you get to use Jambo next door also. - House keeping! Amazing room decor every day. Opportunities: - entertainment is lacking, especially if it’s raining. So bring some cards with you. - our room door batteries had to be changed 3 times across 12 days, which seemed a lot. Perhaps we were just unlucky. We loved staying here and had the best time. Sadly I got acute tonsillitis but the onsite doctors sorted me out (though I’ll neee to claim that back) I, naively, didn’t realise there was such a tip culture so didn’t come with enough cash, so would recommend to others to have plenty of small notes in USD. - "
