I was really looking forward to staying here. The gardens are magnificent! Really beautiful and breathtaking.
An unexpected upgrade was much appreciated.
Service was oustanding. Bell desk, front desk, housekeeping.
VERY clean!
Did not like: someone coming in just to check the mini bar. That feels a bit intrusive.
Also the room: carpet, window dressings: need to be updated. Lots of stains on the carpet. Furniture is old and dated as well.

"we were warmly greeted by the hotel team on check-in. Delievry of requested items to our room was efficient and friendly. It appears to be a very new hotel and is in excellent condition. Located 2 minute walk from Mito Station with no level changes required with our heavy bags which was a bonus. ..."
