The roof top room was lovely and clean. AC worked well! Very good location close to the beach and city centre. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The only downside was that the manager of the hotel was slightly rude to both me and my husband. In the past two weeks in Turkey, we have been treated with kindness and respect everywhere else. Hence we will conclude he was just having an off day.

Very nice hotel. They chef in the morning prepared us a special meal since we were vegan. Thank you. The location is perfect. The only regret is that we didn’t book in for multiple days.

Very clean, well-kept premises; convenient location; good breakfast in pleasant garden. Not the hotel's fault, but street dogs very noisy during the night. The community needs to do something about this.

Loved everything!!
Overall, It was a wonderful stay. Beautiful cozy hotel with a stunning view, lovely staff and very delicious traditional Turkish breakfast. I would recommend it to everyone who is coming to Kas.

Great experience at a prime location
I've been to Kas multiple times before and have stayed in various places. This was my first stay at Livia and until I found it online I didn't even realize the hotel. It has a prime location as being in Kucukcakil and every attraction is available by walking a few minutes. The rooms were cleaner than any hotel of the same rating and everyone was very helpful. The room looked to be either newly furnished or very well maintained. Bathroom is the first thing I look for in a hotel and it was very high quality. Normally the hotels in Kucukcakil don't provide as good of a service due to the advantage of the location but Livia was definitely an exception.

Very good location
We arrived out of season and weather was awful! So this clouded our experience at the hotel. However breakfast great. We were the only residents. Hotel basic but clean and position excellent. Better to visit in summer!

Great location, clean and beautiful hotel
Hotel is walking distance to pretty much every landmark in Kas. Staff is great and rooms are nice & clean. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Odaların temizliği oldukça kifayetli. Lokasyon olarak kasaba içinde her yere yakınsınız. Check-in sonrası 5 dk sonra, karşı taraftaki güzel plaj servislerin birinde kendinizi denize bırakabilirsiniz. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil, çay hariç tüm kahvaltı masamıza servis ediliyor ve oldukça tatminkar. Biz çift olarak çok memnun kaldık. Aldıkları puanı fazlası ile hakediyor. Rezervasyon öncesi bazı personel hakkında olumsuz yorumları okumuştum. Kendinize yalakalık yapılmasını istiyorsanız, bu oteli tercih etmeyebilirsini. Tüm personel yardımsever ve gerektiği kadar cana yakındı. Teşekkür ederiz

Her şeyiyle çok güzel 6 gece geçirdik temizlik konusunda çok ama çok iyiydi söylemememize rağmen her gün oda temizliği ve havlu değişimi oldu. Kahvaltısı harikaydı dışarda serpme kahvaltıda bu kadar çeşit yoktur. Çalılanların tavırları gayet iyiydi

Room was spacious with a nice view of the ocean. I have enjoyed my balcony rooftop room. Situated close to many restaurants and supermarkets. All in walking distance of 5 to minutes. Friendly staff and delicious Turkish breakfast. Very satisfied with my stay.

Otelin konumu, her yere yakınlığı, merkezde olması sebebiyle harikaydı. En büyük eksisi otoparkın olmaması ancak bu problem Kaşın geneline hakim bir durum. Kahvaltıları çok güzeldi. Bizi rahatsız eden tek şey otele ilk girdiğimizde resepsiyondaki sarışın beyefendinin sert, agresif tavrıydı. Daha sonraki günler bu durum devam etmedi.

The room was not as we had booked with a sea view but that was not a big problem as we were only going to stay there for 1 night as a stopover. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was rich and provided with everything. Very nice.

The room was not your booked beacuse you want twin beds just before the check-in. Sea view rooms was ready as double bed. We informed you about that than you accept non-sea view because it was twin beds. Now you wrote that room was not your booked. Very interesting.

Huzur ve sakinlik arıyorsanız
Öncelikle otel temiz ve özenli, bu konuda oldukça memnun kaldık. Özellikle sakin olacağını düşündüğümüz için sezon dışı bir zamanı tercih ettik ama otel bilgilendirmesinde 24 saat oda hizmeti yazdığı halde, bunun sadece sezon içi için geçerli olduğunu maalesef otele varınca öğrendik. Otel personeli akşam 10'dan sonra otelde olmuyor. Acil durumlar için ulaşılabilir bir telefon numarası bırakıyorlar yine de. Otele ilk gelişimizde check-in aşamasında biraz daha güler yüz beklemiştik, bu konuda hayal kırıklığına uğradık diyebilirim. Ama son günkü nezaketleri ve geç kalmamıza rağmen nazik kahvaltı ikramlarıyla personel hakkındaki olumsuz düşüncemiz tamamen değişti. Otelin roof odasının manzarası ve aurası muazzam. Tekrar gitmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz :)
