"We arrived late in the evening as dinner was being served but after a slight mix up with our room we were given lovely cottage/house that was beautiful. We were only here for one night but it was so lovely. The dinner was simple but really enjoyable and all guests sat around the fire pit afterwards until late into the night telling stories about their travels. The staff here were so friendly and helpful and would recommend this place. "

"Lovely Manor House Hotel property set within its own grounds and beautiful gardens, only a few miles outside of Oudtshoorn. Lovely large bedroom and bathroom. Comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries with room service each day. Excellent breakfasts with good choice of healthy options and hot selection cooked fresh to order. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "

A unique experience staying in a converted shepherds hut, now the honeymoon suite- beautifully converted with plunge pool & the most stunning 360 degree views- also from the shower! "Things have changed since I was last here , rooms are still good, they have upgraded their breakfast and the amount of choice is excellent,quality is good ,the grounds have been meticulously kept neat and tidy ,it’s a perfect place if you have kids to be free and play , such a treat to see the animals and wild animals that are close by,we really enjoyed our stay ,we were not affected by loadshedding-generator onsite "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at old Mill. We were in one of the tents which have air conditioning, which was nice since it was a little warm and it was on the river driving by the other places I think we made the right choice. Dinner was fantastic My only complaint is they say it’s working ostrich farm so I was really looking forward to seeing and interacting with ostriches. They had four that you could feed mind you. They bite a little lol and 20 or so as you leave. Besides that great place"

"The farm surrounding is picturesque and we loved the cabin. What a nice touch to have a gift for the children too! The hospitality was excellent, I highly recommend this if you are looking for some peace and tranquility."

"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. Only problem and my biggest issue was the beds. Extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not Queen or King bed. Only 2 single beds per room. From all my...
