Understanding that the location is an upscale one, the price to performance for this chain hotel is still poor. The hotel is relatively new, so some of the staff is still gaining experience, and not familiar with all of the systems. For example, on a prepaid reservation the staff presented a bill on checkout for the stay, and needed to be challenged and then required five minutes of internal consultation to clear matters up. For travelers not coming by car, shuttle bus availability and timing may not be convenient, and most destinations could require a taxi, versus more centrally located options.
