We are over 85 year old couples and they assigned our room in third floor. Unfortunately no elevator. So we asked first floor instead but were asked for extra charge for over ¥52700 We finally took second floor without extra charge. We are disappointed that one of the best hotel around the world without elevators

Beautiful resort. So pretty during Autumn season. Come here to enjoy the scenery and slow things down. We really enjoyed the breakfast and onsen facility here. Love their afternoon tea and sake bar!

We stayed in a beautiful secluded mountain view room with overhanging trees offering the perfect amount of privacy for our patio. Our room exuded such a calm & peaceful vibe & feel of a zen garden from the faint smell of calming incense

Overall a good experience, but on the 2nd day of our stay, we came back to the room at 2pm in the afternoon and Housekeeping has yet to visit and cleaned up the room, so that was a let down, considering the resort. However, the description given in hotels.com site was misleading, as it promised mountain views but when we checked into the hotel, they said that the room wasn’t one with mountain views.

I thought it’s not really friendly for the disabled people and old people,as me I boken my leg ,and then my booking is in the third floor. But the staff told me it’s the second floor. But actually it’s should be the third floor. And didn’t help me to change to the first floor. And as I look around it’s not full actually. But the stuff didn’t help me to change to the first floor.so I didn’t had to walk around the resort area. And didn’t go to use those onsen,because of I need to upstairs and downstairs. It’s really hard for me to do. But the stuff is really helpful and nice to us. And at the last day I can walk a little.then I found out the lounge is free for the Guest have some local snacks and coffee and juice,but one of my suggestions is should be serve the fresh Mike to the guest as well. Because not everyone like to drink black coffee and not everyone like to use the Mama coffe creamer!and in this morning they have some famous cake in Japan serve for the Guest. Not bad,but it’s really too sweet for us.

아름답고 훌륭한 정원 .계곡. 잘꾸며놓은 연못.선녀가 목욕할듯한 노천 잠깐이나마 무릉도원을 경험한 느낌이입니다.룸 테라스에서 정원을 바라봤을때의 풍경이 오랫동안 아른거리네요.정말 힐링그자체여서 행복한 경험이었어요.다른 계절에 또 가고싶네요.

시설과 분위기는 매우 좋았습니다. 그러나 직원들의 친절도나 태도는 편차가 컸습니다. 어떤 직원들은 매우 친절했으나 반면 어떤 직원들은 표정도 태도도 무뚝뚝했습니다(특히 프론트에 있는 키가 큰 젊은 남자 직원;;). 또한 아쉬운 건 특급 리조트임에도 불구하고 직원들이 영어를 유창하게 못하는게 외국인 입장에서 불편했습니다.

속세에서 떠나 마음에 그리던 조용한 자연속에 잘 쉬다 왔습니다. 최고로 친절하고 식사도 맛있었어요. 그런데 라이브러리 바에 이용할 수 있는 식음료 가지수가 얼마 안되고 주전부리같은게 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 근처엔 사먹을 곳도 없는데 말입니다.. 특색있는 운동시설이 있으면 좋을 것 같기도..
